Terms of Use — Bluetooth Mic to Speaker

These terms govern your use of Bluetooth Mic to Speaker ("the app", package bluetooth.microphone.speaker), published by FightTech (Trung-Hieu Tran, individual developer). By installing or using the app you agree to them.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for as long as you comply with these terms and with the Google Play Terms of Service.

What you may not do

• Reverse-engineer, decompile or redistribute the app, except where that right cannot be restricted by law.
• Use the app to listen in on or record people without their knowledge, or to play sound at levels that harm people or animals.
• Play sirens or alert tones where they could be mistaken for police, fire, ambulance or other emergency signals, or in breach of local noise rules.
• Interfere with the app's ads, rewarded passes or purchases, for example by faking ad views or purchase receipts.

Premium and purchases

Premium is available as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in Google Play; the yearly plan's 3-day free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. All payments and refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies.

Free version and ads

Without Premium, each microphone session lasts up to 10 minutes and you can start a new one at any time. The free version shows ads from third parties (Google AdMob and Unity Ads); we do not control their content. If you choose to watch a rewarded ad to the end, all Premium features are unlocked for 30 minutes on that device. Ads are not always available.

Safe use

Turn the speaker volume down before you start and raise it slowly. Keep the phone away from the speaker to avoid feedback. Loud sound close to your ears can damage hearing. Bluetooth Mic to Speaker plays out loud what the microphone hears: only use it where people know you are speaking, never to listen in on others. It is not a hearing aid or medical device.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, speaker or Android version.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FightTech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and these terms do not affect the statutory consumer rights you have under Vietnamese law or the law of your country of residence.

Changes and availability

We may update the app or these terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date. We may stop distributing the app; copies already installed continue to work as-is.

Privacy

How the app handles data, including ads and analytics, is described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
