Privacy Policy — Bluetooth Mic to Speaker
This translation is provided for convenience; the English version prevails.
Effective date: October 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how the Android application Bluetooth Mic to Speaker (package bluetooth.microphone.speaker, "the App"), published by FightTech (Trung-Hieu Tran, individual developer), handles information.
1. Summary
Bluetooth Mic to Speaker plays your voice live through your phone's speaker, wired headphones or a Bluetooth speaker. Audio is processed on your device and is never recorded, saved or uploaded, and the App needs no account. The free version shows ads from Google AdMob and Unity Ads, which use your device's advertising ID. The App uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics for usage statistics and crash reports, and Google Play Billing for Premium (monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase). You can turn analytics and crash reporting off in Settings, and reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings.
2. Audio
The App uses the microphone only while you have switched it on, with the mic button or the Quick Settings tile, after you grant permission, and an ongoing notification is shown the whole time it is on. Sound from the microphone is processed on your device (gain, feedback guard, effects) and played back immediately through the speaker, headphones or Bluetooth device you chose. The App never records, stores or uploads audio, and keeps no recordings. Sirens and chimes are synthesised on the device. Audio is never passed to the analytics or advertising services.
3. Data stored on your device
The App stores your settings on the device, such as gain, the feedback guard and clear voice switches, output choice, tap or hold mode, the last effect and its amount, siren volume, whether you have seen the safety note, the analytics switch, your Premium status and any active rewarded pass. The advertising and consent libraries also store your consent choices on the device. This data stays on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App.
4. Analytics and crash reporting
The App includes Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. What may be sent:
- Feature usage - screens opened, microphone started or stopped (with output type, mode and session length), feedback detected, effect or siren chosen, paywall shown, purchase result and ad events such as a rewarded pass being earned.
- Technical values - app version, Android version, device model and error codes such as the microphone being unavailable.
- Firebase also attaches its own standard app-instance identifier, country and language.
- Crash reports - stack traces and device state at the moment of a crash.
No audio, recordings or audio-derived content is ever sent.
You can turn analytics and crash reporting off at any time in Settings → Share anonymous usage & crash reports. When it is off, the App stops sending analytics and crash reports.
5. Advertising
If you do not have Premium, the App shows ads: a banner, occasional full-screen ads, and rewarded ads that you choose to watch in exchange for a 30-minute pass to all Premium features. Ads are served by Google AdMob, with Unity Ads used when AdMob has no ad to show. To show and measure ads, these services may collect:
- your device's advertising ID (Android Advertising ID);
- your IP address, which can indicate your approximate location;
- device and app information, such as device model, operating system version, language and app version;
- how you interact with ads, such as views, clicks and completed rewarded videos.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the App asks for your consent through Google's User Messaging Platform before personalised ads are shown. You can review your choice later in Settings → Privacy choices, where it is shown. If you decline, you may still see non-personalised or limited ads.
To limit ad tracking, open your phone's Settings → Privacy → Ads (on some phones Settings → Google → Ads) and delete or reset your advertising ID. Premium removes ads entirely, and rewarded ads are always optional.
For details, see how Google uses information from apps that use its services, the Google Privacy Policy and the Unity Privacy Policy.
6. Data sharing and third parties
- The App does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, files or photos, and has no accounts.
- We do not sell personal data. The data described above is shared only with the service providers that run the App's features: Google (Firebase, AdMob, Google Play) and Unity (Unity Ads).
- Google Play processes purchase history and payment transactions. The App does not receive or store card numbers or other payment details.
- Firebase processes analytics and crash data; see the Firebase privacy documentation.
- All audio work happens on the device. Network access is used only by analytics, crash reporting, ads, the consent form and Google Play Billing.
- If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply to you.
7. Purchases
Premium is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. The yearly plan offers a 3-day free trial to eligible users; the trial turns into a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. Payments, renewals, refunds and cancellations are handled by Google Play under your Google account. The App only receives the purchase status needed to unlock features. You can cancel a subscription at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
8. Permissions
- Microphone - used only while you have switched the microphone on, to play your voice through the speaker. Nothing is recorded.
- Foreground service (microphone) - keeps the microphone running with the screen off, always with a visible notification and a button to turn it off.
- Notifications - shows the ongoing notification while the microphone is on (Android 13 and later ask for this).
- Billing - used by Google Play Billing to buy and restore Premium.
- Internet / network state - used by Firebase, the ad services, the consent form and Google Play Billing.
- Advertising ID - read by the ad services to show and measure ads, as described in section 5.
9. Children
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at the same address with a new effective date.
